HPI or fecal transplant and antibiotics

I am planning on attempting this procedure soon.

The cdd in Australia keeps telling me that its imperative to
pre-treat patients with Antibiotics . More specifically,
Rifampicin, Vancomycin, or Flagyl.

I wondering if anyway can tell me about these Antibiotics . I haven't taken an Antibiotic in 10 years, the one that put me
in this mess. Now i am concerned about taking them again.
The Fecal Enema on curezone says it can cure IBS, with basically no pre-treatment. Is this just wishful thinking?

Australia says taking Antibiotics doesn't matter as you will
be recolonizing the bowel anyways. Thats great but what if the procedure doesn't work.

Just seeking advice from the experts. I'd swear some of you are doctors. I feel like I have learned a ton, but you guys
have taken this to another level.
