1 ONION, chopped
HOMEMADE VEGETABLE STOCK
BUNCH SPINACH, chop with stems
Soften the onions in some good oil over medium heat, then add about 2 inches stock. Bring to simmer and pack in the spinach into the pot. Cover and cook for 3-5 mins till just wilted. Take off heat and add in fresh dill, and season with Sea Salt . Let it cool a bit then puree in blender.
(My apologies to those fasters to be posting a recipe. I hesitated, but then i figure breaking a fast can be of way more importance to some people and if this helps anyone, then great.)
