i'm going to try to find a naturopath that can supervise my fasting...i am too scared to try it alone.
that site also says small frequent meals with protein and fat are needed for hypoglycemia, which is what i find very true for me. however, i did pretty well not eating dinner and hardly eating the next day. i wonder if the Epsom Salts had something to do with that...keeping my blood Sugar levels balanced...?
