I have no clue about what kind of poultice to use, but have you tried HOT and COLD therapy? Like in the shower, a minute of hot, then a minute of cold, repeated 7 or 8 times each? Or how about hot packs and cold packs, alternating a few minutes of each? This is very helpful in moving blockages, and especially for pain. Until someone can give you more specific advice, please try this!
