Yep I just weighed myself and I am delighted. Now I set my next goal. It is always a good idea to have two steps ahead. Any more than that and you will get discouraged. I literally have no trousers to wear as they are all tooooooooooooo big.
I am wearing tracksuit bottoms - not very appealing but I don't give a monkeys
