Hi Coco ~~
Yeah! That's such good news that you finally found an effective treatment for your fluke infection!
Wow, you've been through such an ordeal dealing with doctors & lab testing!
Think you should write a book about baaaad doctors, & we all can provide chapters of our awful experiences.
Their mantra is that all parasite infections only occur in 3rd world countries or poor, dirty, uneducated, lower-class folks!?#
They usually diagnose a patient as suffering from "Delusional Parasitosis" & prescribe anti-psychotic drugs as a "cure," which, of course, is a big dose of "BS". (lol)
What cracks me up with those doctors is that they're probably loaded up to their eyeballs w/parasites themselves! (hee hee)
Too bad that the drug you used, Egaten (Triclabendazole), is banned for sale or shipment to the US & Canada. The only way to order it is through bootleg sources & it's very pricey. And if Customs seizes it, you're out a lot of $$.
I finally prepared & posted a Fluke Treatment Protocol on the Parasite Drugs Forum. It covers the standard drugs-of-choice for flukes, Praziquantel & Albendazole.
Take care ~~ keep us updated on your progress on both forums. Feedback helps everyone!
Cheers ~~ ICU
