I looked at it and thought I'm having that when I've finished. I've already lined up some feta for my salad lol. I'm not sure that she meant it in a bad way but obviously it's going to be difficult for you in your circumstances. Just remember, the greater the challenge, the greater the satisfaction you'll experience when you achieve your objective. If you don't complete it's not the end of the world.
