It's been written and i believe it: The people who rail the most about fasting are the ones who have never skipped a meal in their lives. or something to that effect.

Words gotten around and a lot of my friends are offering unsolicited advice in the guise of concern for my health and while I appreciate the thought of my health, I have to imform them that hey, I haven't keeled over yet. Matter of fact, my friend Clare and Randy thought I'd be dead in 3 days... literally. I don't think they believe me when I say I haven't eaten since Tuesday morning... oh well.

Worst part for the now is that I keep getting this damn heartburn and I allow myself some occasional seltzer water, but I can't cart a gallon of distilled and a bottle of seltzer everywhere I go...

Anywho, did you decide to goto juice or are you sticking to water? Man, this forum is pretty sweet when I think about it, because where else can we bitch and vent and just about everyone else will understand and won't be snarky douches. I was telling my best friend(as he was eating the philly and chili I made for him) about my symptoms(hey he asked) and the paskudniy svoloch says to me: "Well, you could make all that go away if you just stopped being stubborn and ate." f***er...
