I think I will copy you this time - have only fruit and veg at the weekend as in Saturday and Sunday and then start with you on Monday. Looks like I want the same weightloss as you as well!! How good is that. We can motivate each other. We should do it until we get another stone off - 14lbs!!

We I have a break I eat fruit, veg, chips - try to avoid bread but I am rubbish at doing that. Whatever I want really but aim to be healthy.
I only stop for up to 3 days and start again. I want to lose as much as possible by end of August xx
