Re: Kefir Enema (Milk/Water? / Fermentation Time?)
I guess I should have been more descriptive.
But my enema bag is just a bag with a tube attached.
There's a screw in latch on the bag, called an adaptor.
I just put the water in the bag & screw the adaptor into
the bag. Then attach the hose which just slides over the adaptor. And hang the bang upsidedown on whatever, with the
shut off clamp clamped. I then released the clamp to make
sure the water was flowing fine and it was. But when I started the enema I could hear bubbles going through which
caused immediate cramping. Maybe the enema pipe wasn't in far enough & air was getting in? I'm not sure.
But thanks for the replies, much appreciated.
I'm gonna keep doing them every 3 days I think, and hopefully
with practice I'll get better at them.
