Re: Tips for digesting grains/beans

IF THE ISSUE IS WEIGHT RELATED, YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO THYROID MALFUNCTION.

DO YOU SUFFER FROM BAD DIGESTION EVEN WITH HCL???
THEN IT MIGHT BE AN INTOLERANCE AND YOU SHOULD SIMPLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE.

LIQUID ASSIMILATE BETTER, PLUS BEANS HAVE THIS LITTLE SKIN AROUND THEM THAT STICKS TO THE INTESTINAL WALL AND BECOMES FOOD FOR CANDIDA. MY SOLUTION TO THAT IS HOME MAE HUMOUS

PUFFED GRAIN DIGEST BETTER- I EAT MY PUFFED RICE/MILLET CEREAL INTO SOY MILK (AGAIN WATCH OUT FOR SOY IF YOU HAVE THYROID ISSUES), IT IS EASIER TO DIGEST.

PAPAIN AND BROMELAIN ARE DIGESTIVE ENZYMES WHICH WILL HELP SPECIFICALLY TO DIGEST PROTEIN - TO USE INSTEAD OF HCL WITH BEANS.
AMYLASE IS THE DIGESTIVE ENZYME THAT HELPS DIGEST CARB, TO BE USED WITH GRAIN
