Hi.....just a thought.....rice can be constipating for "some" people. Since you want "stuff" to exit quickly following a lf, this may not be good. Have you ever tried millet? It has no gluten and I believe it tastes better than rice. On the day of my last flush, I mixed some green onion and organic stone ground mustard with it. It tasted great!
For my 8th flush, I decided to drink a quart of water around 4pm because I had felt somewhat dyhdrated on my previous flush.......though my 8th flush went extremely well, I was a little more nauseated than previous flushes.
