lemon juice is probably cleansing a little, but i can't remember all about ketosis from my nutrition classes..i'll have to research it..
you may be right on the exercise and detox symptoms.. i did way less exercise today, the nausea has eased up a bit.. but still there..
i've only lost 1 lb on the scale but 1 in. from chest, and 1/2 in from hips after 2 days..
but i have a ? for everyone, so i'm going start a new post-not pleasant tho.. let me know if you have any thoughts on it!
