Hey Kandice, ha, yeah, i usually walk and swim 2-3 hrs a day, so it's hard for me to not workout-i'm restless! day 1 walked and 2hr swim!-(but my swims are not vigorous my any means-more like a leisurely float-y swim around the pool.ha) day 2, i was kind of tired, but managed a 1 hr swim(no walking!) and day 3(today) woke up extremely tired and weak-feeling! very nauseated!! i have also developed a cold sore(fever blister on my lip)-this usually happens to me when to many toxins build up in my system/intestines(eww sorry) but this time it may be my body detoxing naturally??
Hopefully i can make it through the day! i need some motivation right now!
are you doing water only?? or water and juice?
do you still have the flu-like symptoms??
