Re: smell came out of my anus(rectum) most of the timeEDITED

Welcome to Curezone, Rudra.

I have no medical training whatsoever and I'm not familiar with any details about Crohn's disease, but I can tell you that CHLOROPHYLL (from parsley and such edible green plants) absorbs odor from the intestine...and it also helps digestion.

Also, when you eat a meal, digestion creates GAS as a normal byproduct (this is healthy). Gas will cause bloating (normal). Burping/belching is a sign that digestion is taking place. Oftentimes in some parts of the world, burping right after a meal is considered to be a compliment to the cook because it means that a good hearty meal was prepared by the cook. That would mean that, while sitting down and calmly eating a meal, digestion starts right away (and you should allow 20 to 30 minutes for digestion to continue properly before physical activity). People in some parts of the world take 'siestas' (naps) of about 40 minutes to an hour to allow digestion to continue without interference from physical activity.

While mild exertion (light exercise that is not strenuous) such as walking a mile is good to stimulate proper digestion and blood flow, heavy exertion (sports, physical work, etcetera) interferes with complete digestion of the food in your intestine/digestive tract. Digestion requires 'PERISTALSIS' (intestinal muscles PUSH and SQUEEZE the food in order to move the food through the intestine). Peristalsis uses alot of energy from the body and creates alot of internal heat also, but when you eat EASY TO DIGEST food, your body will have a better chance of healing from just about ANYTHING (because your body has that extra energy to use for healing, also less heat to deal with).

Three years ago, I had an INGUINAL hernia (when the abdominal wall breaks/splits and the intestine sticks out...protrudes) AND IT HEALED.....

The intestine does not touch the skin of the belly, it is kept from touching the skin by an ABDOMINAL WALL. Like I said, the intestine generates ALOT of heat, but we normally never feel the heat because the abdominal wall is there, but when the wall gets broken/torn/ripped, the intestine presse out against the skin.

I left my job in order to let it heal. When I laid down every night to go to sleep, I first massaged my intestine so it would go back into my belly. Then I took a cold can of soda or anything very cold and put it in my groin where the intestine was poking through (the heat is INTENSE during digestion). After about a week or two of doing this, I even FORGOT that I had a hernia (it healed because I removed all of the HEAT)....but I also ate EASY TO DIGEST FOOD....no special diet, no special massage tricks, no exercises or therapy of any kind (in America, NO ONE would ever think that an INGUINAL hernia could heal, I just believed that it was not impossible, God is good and He made us to be SELF-HEALING beings).

Even though you don't have a hernia, you may be able to let your Crohn's Disease heal better if you eat LIGHT easy to digest foods or even get your nutrition from vegetable JUICES so that your intestine can RELAX and use all of your body's energy for healing.

Garlic and other herbs kill the bad bacteria in the intestine (but may be too strong for you now, WAIT until you find out better). Since garlic smells so much and the Italians LOVE garlic, their special trick to get rid of the odor is PARSLEY (chlorophyll from plants)...and that might even help to heal the Crohn's Disease.

"Self healing" and common sense is the ONLY real "cure" for anything.

This next video is from a poster at youtube who was in an accident and it shows the peristalsis muscle movements are a very vigorous action and why so much energy is used. He writes....
"This is from a motorcycle accident. I was exposed like this for about a year before I underwent an extensive ventral hernia repair surgery. My surgeon had to do a component separation, separating my 3 layers of oblique muscles all the way to my back. All I have now is a 1/2" incisional scar thanks to Boston Medical Center."

He has a few other videos if you aren't too sick to YOUR stomach to see them.
