You have to stop the source of you high estrogen. You also need a horomone test
Estrogen to Progesterone Ratio.
It is progesterone that keeps testosterone from converting into estrogen in young men, so knowing his E to P ratio is vitally important as it takes 200 to 300 units of P to undo or control 1 unit of E.
Are you eating a vegetarian diet? (Those are estrogenic). Are you eating beans, seeds, pods, peas, beans? All those are estrogenic. Go to this article from a Canadian Oncology journal the foods to avoid like the plague are in red print:
Were you fed soy formula as an infant? If so for how long?
My best advice is to find a endocrinologist and have the doc prescribe what he thinks is best for you. You can try estrogen blocking foods like maca, 3 to 6 tablespoons of the maca powder daily (it can be baked into cookies breads stews etc). You can also use the Andianessence maca extract at 1 or 2 caplets daily. Each caplet equals 4 to 5 tablespoons of maca. Also since testosterone production is based on availability of zinc, taking 100 mg of zinc citrate daily should also help, but you still needs to see the endocrinologist!
