Hi, it's going ok so far.. a little tired/headache-y.. i walked 1hr, and now i am going for a 1hr swim-i'm trying to keep up my workout routine throughout this fast.. even though the temp is a draining 90-100 degrees every day! ugg..
i am going for ice water as much as possible (i'm sure all water would be best)but i'm also allowing a little of other liquids (0-low calorie) i have a caffine addition-so, diet mountain dew, sugar-free redbull, black iced coffee & oj flavored crystal light, tea(w/out sugar), and occasionally a cinnamon super dieter's tea for cleansing.
What kind of fast are you doing?? and how's day 1 for you as well??
