Re: noticing changes

I've already done 1 liver flush. I got out a lot of chaff and no stones, better than nothing! I will be doing another one in a couple of weeks. I've got my first colonic scheduled next week, and come to find out she's also a Natropath! I've been feeling so terrible the last 2 weeks that I just had to do something----the headaches are terrible, so I thought that a colonic would help (never had one before). I'll post how it goes.
