Started with a 5 day water/pepsimax fast - Went from 231lbs or 16.7stone to 16 stone/ 224lbs
Total lost 7lbs
Then I stopped my fast for 11 days - really wished and I had stopped earlier as my weightloss now would be even better. I would recommend all to stop only for 5days at this stage.
Then I fasted again - 2 weeks
Weight at the end of the 2 weeks - 215lbs or 15.5stone
Stopped for 2 days and ate only healthy food - fruit and veg wraps
Fasting again and hope to go for 7 days. I am on day 3 and my weight is 215lbs so I did gain on the 2 days of healthy eating. About 4/5lbs I put on. So we need to be so careful when we complete each fast on how we break it.
Starting weight:231lbs
Present weight: 215lbs
Next Goal: 205lbs
10lbs to lose before I eat again. I hope I will have that off by Tuesday. Maybe a bit optimistic but it is helping me remain motivated. I will let you know how I go. Hopefully 2lbs off each day until Tuesday xx
