Re: 1st flush!!

New moon flushes for release. Hmmm, very interesting. I am sensitive to moon phase movements, the water in my body responds to the moon phases. My body can tell me when the moon is full without me having to look it up, or see it in the sky.

Full moon is high tide, extreme build up of fluid, so new moon makes sense on release. Anytime soon after full moon peak seems like a good fluid release day.

It is so wonderful to be in tune with nature cycles. I was stressed this week from artificial living, so as fast as I could I took off, got our pet and went to the nearby forest preserve and laid down on a beach towel in the dense forest on mother earth and just let my body release stress, de stress and be filled and refreshed by nature and mother earth. The smell of the forest greens, the crickets and birds songs of early eve was bliss, in 5-10 minutes I was like a new person. I collected a basketful of leaves in my towel to bring mother earth home with me, as each handful of leaves put in a basket by my door brings the spirit of the forest and nature home and fills our homes with the beauty of natures hologram spirits. In every leaf, acorn and seed is a hologram or matrix, a representitive of the beauty of the entire forest. I love nature.
Will work on charting optimal moon healing and release cycles with flushes. Great idea. Thank you.
A Chinese herbalist told me nature loves us so much often a tree will agree to take on our illness and free us from a dis ease, to give us a healing. This is a very ancient and sacred nature healing act the healer told me, and we must first get full permission from the tree and then thank the tree and give an appropriate gift to the tree for freeing us from a spirit of dis ease by the tree taking it upon itself.
Call me a tree hugger but I really love those trees and believe the trees love us enough to heal us if we will only love and appreciate, express and show sincere gratitude to the trees in return.
