Great advice from everyone. I've been taking L-glutamine, colostrum and digestive enzymes for a couple of months already, and I am a very good girl these days as I always wear gloves where chemicals are involved.
I really had no idea than anyone could have reactions from pears, pumpkin seeds and buckwheat, these are on none of the 'intolerance' lists, but if you google them with the word intolerance, loads of them come up.
Could do with a comprehensive list of foods that are even the slightest bit dodgy, that would save alot of time and save alot of trouble :o)
