congrats on your 12th liver flush!! I can't answer your questions, I just did my first LF. I did get a lot of chaff out, but that was it. And I haven't noticed anything different, but I will as I continue the flushes. I would like to know how your cholesterol level turns out. Mine is really high and am hoping it goes down from this, along with a host of other things!
