I responding before about brown rice pasta.
Nobody liked that idea.
But I seem to do well on it, its easy to make & wheat
free & gluten free

I mean maybe its not perfect, but how bad can it be.
It at least gives me some substance food.

Brown rice doesn't work well for me. I tend to avoid it.
