1) what were the results of the Escherichia coli under Obligate aerobes?

2) What are the results of Facultative anaerobes
Lactobacillus sp. and Bifidobacter sp?

3) What kind of symptoms are you getting? Joint, muscle pain, brain fog, confusion, Depression etc. Sensitivity to light? Sore throat? Fatigue? Please elaborate.

As a side note, I emailed MM concerning the diagnosis of ' parasite present taxonomy unknown'. I originally thought that it was a subtype of blastocystis, they clarified this and told me this was not the case. So the only conclusion of this is that this is a classification of a parasite that has yet to be identified as pathogenic. Unfortunately we don't know what proper treatment to administer (I am stuck with this diagnosis).

Typically Alinia is administered with other pharmaceuticals (ala badbugs.org).

I am currently on a new herbal protocol utilizing Amazon rainforest remedies. I will keep you posted on this, currently it appears to be working, but time will tell.
