My First Flush Experience

Well, I posted last night that I started the flush. The second ES drink with grapefruit juice wasn't as good as the first, but still wasn't horrible.

The OO and grapefruit juice, I was expecting to be nasty, but it wasn't! It went down fine and I never got nauseated. I layed down right away. Took me a while to go to sleep. Woke up at 2am and had to go. It was a green chaff. Went back to bed and couldn't go back to sleep, I was awake until around 4am. Got up around 8, more chaff. Took ES drink, and I've been going a lot, but it's all been chaff. That's good too.......right??? Is the chaff from the liver? What's it for?

I still have one more ES drink. So I still may get some stones out, and maybe not. It's a start anyway. I forgot to get a colander, but most of them would float.....right?
