day 8 and still going
Yep still going despite a rough night last night and yep still motivated to go for 10 days. My tongue is rank!! Going for a walk later in nature to re-connect and feel alive. I have spent most of the day in bed as I didn't sleep last night with the pain in my upper back.
MY PLAN:
STAGE 1 fAST FOR 5 DAYS - LOST 7LBS
ATE FOR 11 DAYS - I would recommend next time to keep this shorter maybe 8 - basically whatever I wanted to eat
STAGE 2 fAST FOR 5+ DAYS - I am on day 8 and not sure when I will stop - LOST 12LBS IN TOTAL
When I finish I will eat for 10 days but no more than 800 cals per day. 7 of those will be juices andfruit
STAGE 3 fAST FOR 5+ DAYS AGAIN IN ORDER TO LOSE A FURTHER 8LBS FROM THE LAST WEIGH IN.
When I finish I will eat for 8 days but no more than 1000 cals per day.
STAGE 4 Fast for 3+ days until I lose a further 9lbs from last weigh in
When I finish I will eat for 5 days but no more than 1000 cals per day.
STAGE 5 FAST FOR 3+ DAYS UNTIL i LOSE A FURTHER 7LBS FROM LAST WEIGH IN
When I finish I will eat for 5 days but no more than 1200 cals per day.
fINAL STAGE 6 fAST FOR 5+ UNTIL i LOSE ANOTHER 7LBS OR MORE DEPENDING ON HOW i LOOK
Eat healthy after this.
It sounds a bit mad but I know this will work and it is working for me now. If you decide to try it let me know I would be curious to know.
The overall plan may take up to 4 months depending on how much weight you intend to lose. You can adjust some of the fasting days according to your size.
Anyway mad or what. Any advice welcome.
