It could be a dysbiosis issue (yeast or bacteria) that is causing some of the problems, the only thing I can think of is to retest.
See Deseret Biologicals product called VER and use this with herbal formulas. There are other products that are not the Black-Walnut etc type that are effective. Let me know if you want the names.
