No Unicorns: Yes, I've done the tests in Dr. Wilson's book. That book pretty much describes me exactly. I'm not familiar with Dr. Lam. I'm taking Dr. Wilson's vit. C supplement. What type of B5 does Dr. Lam suggest? My doctor also told me to take B1 and B6 with the 5-HTP, but like I said in my post, I'm afraid to start that until I'm feeling a little better. Money is really tight, as I've been unable to work full-time for 3 years and I had to leave my part-time job in January, and my husband only just got a job. I'm willing to spend what I have to to get better, though. I can't keep living like this.
How long did it take you to get better? I'm so frustrated that I got bad so quickly, and I'm getting better so slowly, and then I have major setbacks right when I'm beginning to function somewhat again. It's helpful to hear that other people have recovered, but it still doesn't seem like I'll ever get better.
