Doing Liver Flushes definately helped my sleep problems but I used a whole program to improve my digestive and body's health ( Hulda Clark 's). Although I would sleep better after using the program it wouldn't last and it turned out that one of the underlying causes was a sensitivity to gluten (Celiac Disease) a very common autoimmune disease. I would suggest that you have some underlying cause and if you can figure out what it is you can do what is necessary but in the meantime choose a good program which includes parasite killing, kidney cleanses, detoxes, and gall bladder flushes. I did the cleanses and detoxes for about 2 years before I felt strong enough to do the Liver Flush and I had so many stones and sludge in my gall system it took several flushes before I started getting the stones out. I don't seem to be making as many gall stones since I have been on the gluten free and dairy free diet. Dr. Clark wrote that taking valerian capsules would help with sleep problems. Strong Peppermint or spearmint tea is also helpful.
