We can do this!!!!!!!! I too am in for the long haul. Let's do it together. Initially I want to lose 28lbs and see how I go from there. I am day 2 slightly behind you but equally willing to support you all the way.
I too want back the skinny person I know I still am deep down inside. It will be hard but we can support - sometimes drag each other through it.
I did 5/6 days at middle of last month and then stupidly gave up to bread - not a good idea I felt rubbish after it. This time I am going to sleep when I'm tempted or head out for a long walk as far away from food as possible.
