Buy pure stuff mix with a little Mannitol and use as tooth powder... phosphorus rejuvenates teeth...

I use a portable contact lens container, open an AOR IP6 cap and add a bit of Mannitol. Dip your toothbrush in water then the powder...

I say AOR IP6 because all the other stuff with extra Inositol won't cut it...
