i bought azomite originally thinking to use it this way, but never heard from anyone who supported it-and yet it sounds good, right? I'm not sure how bio-available it is...maybe not very?? seems like it's a great thing for gardens though.

It's great from putting on small eruptions though, cold sores, pimples, like that--just making a paste or dusting it on, afer wetting the area. I've herad it did away with colsores that would often last a long time, and once I got one and used this. I've also used it with yogurt in a face mask--and it buffs up thye skin quite nicely.
