Thank you for your inspiring words. no pepsi max and I have truly been turned off it. Water only now. The first 3 days were the hardest and that gave me a high of sorts to keep up the good work.
I'm now on day 5 and again day 5 and strugglin with the food temptation as soooooooooo tempted to eat bread of all things - worst thing ever!!! But I am trying your idea and it is working so thanks for that!!
I have lost 7 lbs since starting this on Monday and that is very exciting. Another 28lbs to go though.
I hope to do more than 7 days and my ultimate goal would be to complete 21 days.
I think it is harder at the weekend as soooooo much temptataion but so far so good. Any more advice how to keep going is welcome
