You can do this. I have done 4 days now and day 5 approaching. I have more weight to lose than you. We can motivate each other. I weigh myself each morning before I pop into the shower.

I am happy with my weight loss but I need to keep going as I want to lose 35 lbs which sounds alot and scares me alot but I'mgoing for it and happy days staying positive sooooooo far.
