Or...it is a controlled disaster to elicit something to be ushered in at a global level. More power to the UN and the WHO etc. You know, the usual NWO stuff.

If "they:" actually wanted to do something about this it would be done. Instead we have a president golfing (gulfing)and a CEO that is walking around making bad decisions and allowed to do so. Add to this a myriad of other ironic sensibilities and we have the makings of a psyop.

The can separate oil from water and could do so on a large scale. But that would not create the reaction required to evolve the solution. So...it needs to be felt on the beaches and the media needs to do their.

People will beg the designers of this incident for the solution what ever it is.

Having studied the NWO it was apparent that a global environmental disaster was needed to bring people together across all orders to enter the next phase of control.
