Re: How best to break fast with pain from gallstones

Look at the whites of your eyes and if they are slightly yellow you may have increasing level of biliruben and have jaundice. There are many causes of jaundice and it might be good to check with your Dr to rule out other causes, but since you think you have a stuck stone you need to do something now before the jaundice gets worse. There have been quite a few posts from people with stuck stones and jaundice in the past several months and good advice in the answers. I think Telman (an expert here) advised doing a salt water flush and taking magnesium laxatives will relax the bile ducts.

Hulda Clark wrote that in breaking a fast after the flush it is better to use vegetables. I often use grapefruit which helps bile production. The Liver Flush depletes the bile pool so it may be helpful to take pancreatic enzymes (with lipase) and there are some brands which have bile which I have used in the past. You may have to start disolving/softening the stones - Hulda Clark 's kidney cleanse, Moritz' apple juice and other methods work well. And you may have to get rid of parasites which may be blocking bile flow.
