I've always had intermittent pain in my lower back, off to the right side. Like it's stiff and a dull ache. I always just assumed it was from sitting 8 hours a day (office job), but it doesn't feel like muscle pain. It's right at my beltline, and seems like it's coming from *inside*.
Is this caused by liver/gallstones? Or kidney problems? or what? I'm 24 and healthy. I'm in the middle of taking P&B shakes and doing parasite cleanse (sort of). I've been drinking half my body weight in water every day for about 2 years or more (just keep filling up the old water bottle). Can I just skip ahead and do the liver cleanse? I'm trying to cure what I feel is minor chronic fatigue syndrome.
