You should be recieving it this week. We got a new software program in which the processed orders were sent via the computer to the production department. We implemented this on May 10th.
This was supposed to save time and paper as we have always handwritten the orders each morning (about 300) and then walked them over to the Production Department to be made.
This fancy and expensive program has affected us very negatively - first, it simply did not catagorize and transmit any order that included the childrens' formula. It also had the tendency to switch names and addresses on a "few" orders.
We have since realized the problems (June 14th was the first day we caught on) and have been working to set things right.
We no longer use the *new* and *improved* system and have gone back to the old way - which in my opinion is still the best way.
Yours was among the orders with childrens capsules. All of the back log of these were made this past week and were also sent out this past week. I apologize for all of the mess. I appreciate each and every one of my customers ands I will do whatever is necessary to right any wrongs.
