Re: uuuugh...my Ph is 5.0!!!

Hi

A pH of 5 is way too low, especially if it is over a long period. But make sure you are using a pH paper that is designed for urine and saliva pH measurement.

To contact Moreless you should go to his website http://sicknesshope.com/forum

To have an introduction to his protocols and teachings I invite you to visit this post for newbies http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1432095#i
and follow from then on.

Your reaction to Baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate) is not uncommon. It is an indication of a potassium/sodium ratio unbalanced toward too much sodium compared to potassium intake. You may try raw unfiltered unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar.

In the newbie link above you will see mentions of the moreless alkalizing drink. This drink do not use sodium bicarb. In terms of alkalizing drinks, you won't find any better. But if you insist in taking sodium bicarb, you should take it with a potassium counterpart such as potassium bicarbonate or potassium citrate. You may find some alternative alkalizing at earthclinic's http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/alkalizing_formulas.html

but these are not as complete as what you will find here.

Good luck

WIEL
