Sounds like your fungus X is resistant to most/all natural antifungals. Not much point taking them if they don't give you die-off. The high dose Sporanox may do the trick. You may also look at adding Lufenuron to the mix. The good thing about Lufenuron is that it's systemic, but it isn't metabolized by your liver, so it shouldn't put much extra load on the liver. You might also try and get hold of oral amphotericin. Oral amp is effective against some hard to treat fungi. I'm going to be taking those three (Sporanox, Lufenuron and amphotericin) when I get serious with AFs later in the year.
The other thing of course is to take the antifungals for several months, and continue at least 3-4 weeks after you feel better. Also, check you liver function every 2 weeks.
