Re: raw food cold climates

i never in a million years expected you to reference raw meat eating. this is either a testimony to your open mind or you are just trying to shuffle me off.

i can see eating grass or pine needles, or fasting on such for a month or so. but i can't see being sustained for 6 months on such. i could easily get through a winter on raw fish.

i just finished the 108 page book, and in it there was a reference to the incorrectness of storing food and living in climates/places that are not sustainable. i realize this is really the heart of the question. but yet huge amounts of people have settled in unsustainable places, and what about the ice age?

i think the fruitarian life would be infinitely easier to do in a tropical climate, especially with the abundant sunshine. i just can't see it in a northern climate.

i can't remember where i saw this but there was a documentary about ancient civilizations and there was evidence that they stored meats in leather pouches in the ocean underneath the ice and used it as a freezer.

man has adapted to all the different climates on earth, but perhaps the tropical climates are the best. i'm still trying to figure this one out.
