Hmmm i read another person saying he has problems on here....years ago i started doing coffee enemas which actually worked for a while and i could them at least 15 minutes and they seemed to be helping but after doing them a while[few weeks] i think i have too much of a die off cause was having severe fevers when holding them in and right upper quadrant pain i had was getting worse after doing the enemas and suddenly i couldnt hold them in after a couple weeks as soon as i would try putting them in after even less than a cup worth i would get a huge urge to defecate and couldnt even hold a cup in for more than a few seconds id have to jump on the toilet immediately so this started happening everytime and i gave up on enemas as i couldnnt do one. anyways its been years and i recently wanted to try again but the same thing i cant even hold it in for a few seconds i had to jump on the toilet im trying to do these eneams to get the yeast outta my colon and i do see white cloudiness even after holding the enema in for 3 seconds but i must have too much inflammation in my rectial area or some preventing me from holding it in. Any advice on this its vevry discouraging as i know u must hold it in and its not even getting past my rectal area just hold it in for 3 seconds so i not really getting any benefit from it. i dont wanna give up on this im trying to find a solution so i can do them like i did years ago properly. i think im gonna try plain water next time as the one i did today was peroxide but im pretty sure even regular water cause evactuation immediately any enema pros who got past this?
