I am just wondering. Would you say that this type of strength in a fast is the product of a toxemia-free body?
I ask because it seems to me that the vast majority of fasters (including what we see on this forum as a general rule) are weakened through detox and that these examples of strength are quite rare in comparison.
In my own example, i have fasted a good many times and each of them has been accompanied by a diminished athletic capacity, one time recently even attempting to indulge in high intensity cardio (not just brisk walking which was fine, but fast uphill climbing) to test the waters only with ill effects.
