I am going to comment on juicing of raw veggies. I, had read two of Natalia Rose's books on Raw Food Detox Diet and began converting to raw foods and also juicing. And I agree with some of the other posts about juicing. Rose would recommend properly combining foods and also to begin the day out with raw veggie juice beverages........she has some recipes for the veggie juices. However, I began to experience extreme fatigue, exhaustion, and near collapse. My blood Sugar began to be in the 60's. The issue is that drinking large volumes of juice can throw ones in Stage 3 to Stage 3d Adrenal Fatigue into fluid and electrolyte imbalance, and deplete sodium.
Drinking small quantities of juiced veggies is best, even sipping throughout the day rather than overloading one's self with a large glass of juice at once. Also as another poster mentioned you must have an adequate intake of Sea Salt to balance the fluid intake as we in advanced stages tend to be dehydrated and have low aldosterone levels. And if you bump up your blood Sugar level too fast you can crash as it comes back down. Keeping on an even keel is best by eating every two hours.
With any detox you must be very careful as our adrenals must have enough reserve to handle the toxins. We tend toward having many toxins in the body anyways and can be thrown into retoxification. The body must be able to eliminate the toxin or the adrenals will crash.
