Could someone diagnose me please

I have had loose stools / diarrhea for a long time.
I rarely have gas, and also rarely have stomach aches.
Although I have had a few bad stomach pains when I eat really poorly for 3-4 days.

I had a stool test done and had 0 beneficial flora, in 3 of
the 4 that get tested for. The only one I had was decent levels of Lactobacillus. I also had some dysbiotic flora, and a moderate level of candida albicans. I should also mention I tested negative for all parasites

I have maybe 1-3 bowel movements a day usually, always loose. Although I've been on candida diet for 2 weeks and have had several 3/day with more on the diarrhea side than the loose side.

I also have some skin problems which i'm sure stem from the others. In addition I'm pretty thin and have difficulty gaining weight, although I eat healthy & probably don't get enough calories anyway.

I'm pretty sure its IBS. But I thought I would just post my symptoms as some people on here seem really educated on these illnesses. Does the lack of parasites rule out other diseases like Chrons disease? Thanks
