Re: Basically cured, it doesn't happen over night.

....it's well worth looking up Leaky Gut Syndrome...it may

become clearer and add another piece of the jigsaw to the

whole picture...it just goes to show that the health of

our insides vary and thats why a standard diet for ec

wouldn't work for everyone, although, true, wheat and

gluten intolerance is a common one many are unaware

of ...

Leaky Gut Syndrome...may also highlight the reasons for

other skin rashes and has been linked to eczema and a host

of other stuff, including nutritional imbalances and or

their effective absorbtion and availability for other

metabolic processess. (Did you know something like 80% of

seretonin process, is actually put together in the gut?)

There are various reasons as to why the gut is compromised

in the firstplace....but the point is that there are a

host of other maladies that can arise from it... one of

which could include ec........A leaky gut is a bit like

ladeling wholesome soup into a bowl..that has

holes in.....the body no longer sees the soup wholesome if

it's in the blood and not in the digestive tract as it

should be...and starts the autoimmune response...hence a

sweep of food intolerances happen....rashes...nutritional

imbalances, overload of liver with toxins...an organ which

has roles in approx 500 different bodily mechanisims?

Cutting out the offending excess of coffee and booze and

wheat in my diet has helped alot, t-tree, perfumed oil on

the skin which gets absorbed...but there are other

triggers which can cause a gut to leak, asprin,

other digestive disorders, imbalance of gut bacteria.

candida etc etc...we are one huge walking digestive tube,

from lips * to arse * it's most certainly connected !!!

Look after it and what you put in it and it will look

after you.
