Maybe you got some bad coconut oil, if that is possible.
2-3 Tablespoons is alot at one time also. Coconut oil
is an antifungal I believe.
My personaly belief with all supplements I take is to just
take a small dose first & see how I do.
I actually started taking coconut oil about 3 days ago, just
to get some more calories & some good fat. I just took 1 tablespoon the first day, and 2 a few days later. I've felt
totally fine with it, no problems at all.
