And if this were the case, (the low hcl...) then a person would likely feel an aversion to fruit, right? thinking that it's "too sweet"?


when you say "might need an acid" for awhile, when would a person take acv for example?

Soemone who's eaten a lot of meat and cheese (heavy protein)
would be using different digestive enzymes, and would have to adjust, yes?
