Yes, we are talking about Clark's LF. I think you should not reduce first two Epsom Salt doses, at night, before OO. In the morning you could reduce the disages or just take one instead of two. In any case a good enema is always a good idea. Just replenish probiotics and minerals afterwards. Or you could also firs thing in the morning warm up 1 liter of water, mix in a bit of Sea Salt and gulp it all down. Really, one liter of warm water and an enema is a sufficient substitute for two ES doses in the morning. That is especially desirable for people who tend to have wild mineral imbalances because of ES and for anyone who has any degree of adrenal fatigue (aldosterone production went amok).
