If the gas is forming that fast then the fermentation is going to be in the stomach, which would indicate that the stomach acid levels are too low. This can lead to yeast growth in the stomach, which will ferment the sugars.

I recommend building up your stomach acid with bitters, zinc, B vitamins and maybe even TMG. Since the zinc and many of the B vitamins require sufficient stomach acid to be absorbed you may need to take an acid for a few weeks while your body works to create its own. Betaine HCl or apple cider vinegar are good choices.

Yucca root or coconut oil can also be taken in conjunction as a surfactant to reduce the gas.
